A well written piece .Anyone who has a connection with Kolkata has to be well connected with the the ubiquitous jhalmudi static or mobile stalls .Couple of decades back they used to mix "gota" moshla which used to be a mix of several spices .Over the years the taste of jhalmudi has changed .Lots of experiments with this simple common man's street food .
